You know what I love about this? We were in a very cute/funky store that had these wings & tutus on display. Floria had. to. have. them. Julie relented and got her the wings. And she ran all the way down the street like this squealing and laughing. And when we got to the corner? She looked up and said "Okay, I want them OFF!"

Julie looked at me with a classic face and looked down at Floria and said "Tough. your'e keeping them ON!".... Lol....

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous - that's how it is! I could totally live here. Asheville proper is for funky people that don't fit in! Lol..... Good restaurants and a focus on local. The outer areas have a tremendous amount of retirees (read: wealthy old Republicans) and golfers, but I look past that into the Blue Ridge. I'm completely fascinated by Appalachian cultures. But, you get a very similar vibe in Virginia too (I used to live in Charlottesville).

Amy, I'm so busy wrapping up grad school apps and also planning for Finn's 1st birthday party (it's a huge deal for Koreans, along with the 100th day, and 60th and 70th years). A lot of tradition involved. He's going to be dressing up in costume and everything. I'll send you some pics of the party. I can't believe he's already turning 1. Hope you & Lottie are well.
