    A possible Banksy stencil, spotted on the 3/3/2008 Essex Road, London N1.

    I walk along Essex Road every day on my way to work, so I'm pretty sure this is brand new.

      Hi Liborius. Yup, I named it, but it was such a quick stab at a title. I wish I'd thought about it more at the time! I just wanted to find out whether it was a Banksy or not.
