Seth and Kate on My Birthday

Here's Seth feeding Kate homemade ice cream. The ice cream was made with organic raw cream, egg yolks (from pastured chickens), maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

I think all Kate ate that day (besides eggs for breakfast) was homemde French fries (made with beef tallow) and ice cream. I can't blame her.

It's enough to make me wish I was a baby. If I could get all my nutrition from milk, ice cream and french fries, I'd be happy.. haha. Alas, as an adult I occasionally need some vegetables and a beer every once in a while ;)
