This is an ad from the 60s. I think it's so illuminating in that it reveals how advertising blatantly lies.

I just found out that we invented corn oil for cooking and made up that coconut oil was bad after importing it from Japan stopped during WWII. Nothing is above is lies, propaganda and politics.
