In preparation for Tropical Storm Hanna, the American Red Cross opens a Disaster Relief Operation center in Greensboro, NC. Red Cross volunteer Rufus Cruse discusses his duties with WFDD radio producer, Kathryn Mobley. Cruse, a volunteer with the Greater Carolinas Chapter in Charlotte, NC, works with Mass Care and Material Support Services.
