This is a really great photo. I'm no expert. But I know what I like. As soon as I saw this I thought that it could have been titled. The academic and the businessman.
Anyone could tell which is which! And I'd wager that they are on their way to share a pot of tea.

I love the subjects and most things about the shot.
I agree the sepia is a bit off, but I don't really like any of the suggested changes- maybe a darker brown?
