Instructions for How to Make a Tutu

    Newer Older

Folks have been asking - I figured it was time to take a close up photo, do some drawings, and put everything in one easy to find location. Props to Cherron for telling me how to make mine.

4 years after you did this, you may have saved my life. I need 3 tulle tutus in about 24 hours and what I'm finding in the stores just isn't cutting it.

Make that four... your housework in a tutu just might save my marriage!

      Thanks!

I have been looking at hundreds of sites tonight, searching for the perfect tutu for my little flowergirl/fairy. I think I can make one cheaper than buying, and it looks very simple. I am going to use fall colors on the tutu, maybe burgundy and gold, for my November wedding.
Thank you for the great directions!
      Tutus are really fun!

I love this and would like to make them (tiny size) for table centerpieces at my daughter's baby shower. What type of lantern/lamp did you use for your display pic?
