SnakeLump from the swallowed creature
Not 100%, but I think this is a Eastern Cottonmouth(Agkistrodon piscivorus piscivorus).

He was in our back yard yesterday evening, having just swallowed something(bird, frog, mouse, etc..). I think if you stretched him out, he would have been over 3 feet.
