This image would have been helped by a) some clouds in the sky and/or b) water that was more still for a smoother reflection. Nice use of sidelighting, and the composition with either or both of those two elements would have been much more powerful, but your eye is good to have noticed this scene - it is quite lovely.

One other bit - tonality is a bit flat in my humble opinion - could stand to have the sunlit rock dodged a bit to increase its tone and the 3/4 tones burned in some to add a little "punch."

Overall, though - a wonderful scene.

Unfortunately, I'm only a mere mortal and have no control over the clouds or water. I agree, some coulds would have really made this stand out. As for the water, I rather like the slight ripple; It leaves no doubt that it is in fact water.

I've worked on it a bit in Lightroom, and will be uploading it shortly.
