Cajun Chicken Salad on Onion Bagel

Onion bagel, well toasted.

Slice of melted sharp cheddar.

Chicken salad made from blackend chicken breast, celery, green onion, slivered almonds, sour cream & ranch dressing to moisten.

I love avacado!!!

Jell-o chocolate pudding cup

club soda with a splash of cranberry

Organic spinach leaves

What I did with last night's blackened chicken-- I made blackened chicken salad and it's gooood!

Now I know that it's technically Thursday night's meal, but since it's made from my Wednesday night meal leftovers, I'd post it to the group...Hope that's okay!
