wedding photographer

    photographer: I wish this shot was more in focus... I took 3 in a row, and this is the very moment I'd wanted (1st shot)... and though it's the least clear of the 3, it's what I was looking for!

      I like this picture. I've always loved those "photo in a photo" pictures. They make me wonder how the other guy's photo came out, know what I mean?

      The slight loss of focus doesn't spoil this for me - just gives it a softer feel. I think if it had been sharper it *may* have felt a tad intrusive.

      Behind the scenes! Nice!!!
      The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the bride somewhat gets lost with the busy table in the background.
      I know it is tough to catch these things at the moment and even tougher to call "do over!"

      i think is a funny shot!
      but that the frame the interesting thing is the moment. a good moment captured make a good picture too

      her head does disappear in the foliage, that's far more annoying than the focus; for the subject this focus works. I really love the moment. try playing with the shadow/highlight correction if you have CS or CS2, that could separate her head, i think - if not you could manually select the offending busyness and futz with the levels.

      the bride looks so happy and beautiful. the element of interaction between her and that photographer must remind you of what was really going on in the moment- candid and fun.
