Oh man, you got me beat.. most I have in a pic is $340 I think.

Nice friend to let you play with that much of their money! Great picture.

  3. AMagill (77 months ago | reply)

Well, he did count it after the roommates and I had looked at it. :)

  4. SantyClawz (77 months ago | reply)

    No pictures of the car?

  5. AMagill (77 months ago | reply)

Eh. It's just a Hundai. The pile of cash is more interesting. :)

I actually went to buy my most recent auto in cash and the dealer turned me away!

  7. AMagill (77 months ago | reply)

He probably thought you were a drug dealer or something. :)

  8. VivaAntarctica (77 months ago | reply)

    Actually...that did come up.

Honestly though, if you are in the business of selling large ticket items, are you really going to outright turn down a sale in light of the person paying cash? I mean, it's not like you won't have my info (tax & title etc)

    why 5700?)) not 6000 ))

  21. AMagill (44 months ago | reply)

...because $5700 was what he needed for the down payment.

  22. SantyClawz (44 months ago | reply)

yeah... but.... $6000 would have been nicer...

  23. AMagill (44 months ago | reply)

How about $10,000, give or take $3K, then?

  24. SantyClawz (44 months ago | reply)

I'll be happy to take $3K!

I still remember when I took out the $2500 for my motorcycle... even that "little" bit of cash in hand was exciting.
