I've just plotted (what I think is) the building's location in Flickr. It's right around NYU.
Thank you! The location looks perfect. The Google Earth community added a marker with the building's address and searching on that,419 Lafayette St, 10003, found many interesting tenants including Plum TV, Index Universe, Bandwidth Consulting, Karen Foley Photography, and more. The trees on the roof are amazing from overhead too.
