The "Royal Blue Bournemouth Ltd" garter adorns the side of the charabanc (pneumatic tyres), and underneath can be read: "John Thomas Girvan Elliott, Managing Director for Elliot Bro's (Bournemouth) Ltd". Handwritted note on reverse simply says "Bournemouth" but this may not be the location.
