This is the Tokyo Inner-city Highway overhead. I was standing in the middle of the bridge (Nihonbashi) that goes underneath the Highway.

@harry_palmer - Thanks; colors came from Elements 4.0 on my Apple. Just used Photomatix to get the HDR from the pic.
