      Absolutely wonderful! Your images always provide me with bittersweet nostalgia. Great poetic image! I remember drawing these drawings with a magnet and "iron dust".

      Many thanks for your response, CVK, which is very heartening. I had to shade these girls in a little with pencil because they were too bright for the background. I felt that the electrical intricacies could represent mental probings. They reminded me of the movements of antennae when conspecific ants encounter eachother, sussing eachother out.

      These girls are very usable, I find. They come from a Vogue beauty book from the sixties or maybe seventies which has a historical section. I know where five more copies are on sale for £1 each.....
