Why bother about pedestrians?

I was so annoyed today. It was raining this morning, but I had to go out with two tots in the buggy.

The first thing that I saw was a van parked on the pavement. There was no room left for us. The oldest one told me off for using the road.

The van was there when we went to collect my oldest tot from his play school.
