banana cake
I am always so stupid and buy too many bananas, I had to do something with them before they go bad.
Recipe:
100g butter, softened at room temperature
100g sugar
2 eggs, beaten
70g bananas
125g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
vanilla or cinnamon powder
1. Mash the bananas.
2. Sift flour with baking powder.
3. Stir butter well until it gets creamy and mix with sugar.
4. Add some vanilla essence or cinnamon powder.
5. Add the eggs and mix well (it won’t mix well when the eggs are just
out from the fridge and too cool).
6. Add 1., mix well and then add 2. and mix well again.
7. Pour into pan and put some banana slices on top.
8. Bake at 170℃ for about an hour.
