I bought this plate along with two other Princess plates from Anthoropologie oh I don't know 10 years ago. I brought them back to Japan, came back here with them, tried to sell them but they are still in my cabinet. They only show up when I run out of white dishes (It happens when neither one of us pushed the dishwasher button!) but I have to say I'm glad I kept them.

Almost finished with my tissue paper garland for the baby shower tomorrow.

Whoever thought of this garland is genius.

My co-workers and I are in the middle of planning another baby shower for a girl in the warehouse. As you can see she's having a baby girl and she loves butterfly, the obvious theme we chose was pink butterfly.

I'm making butterfly garland and with all the small butterfly leftover, I decided to do an IKEA shadow box frame art that I've seen here and there. I've always wanted to do this for someone and this seems like a perfect occasion.

Yes we have a secret door on our closet door that leads to a wonderland
But the wonderland gets little smelly if you don't clean up often...

When we just moved in, we literally had no space for a cat litter box, so we used to place it at the end of the hallway, which of course I hated it. When we made this little storage closet I had a handy man specifically adjust the lowest shelf high so I can put the litter box and my kitties can "do things" comfortably. We were afraid they wouldn't go in there but nope they found it right away and never do anywhere else.

When a time to sell this house comes, I'll leave the door for the buyer if they happen to have cats and buy a new door if they don't have cats or I won't sell it at all. ........... just kidding.

My co-worker, who happens to be a name twin left the company 2 days ago. She was very hard-working and witty and I really liked working with her. My calendar at work have all these weird made-up holidays such as "National Electroric Static Day" or "National Doughnut Day" and every time I see one of those days I would email her to let her know and she would always find a cute image from the net to go with the holiday and emailed me back. Oh I'm going to miss her!
