Pumping station near Bovensmilde, Drenthe, Netherlands.
Spent the weekend in Drenthe, a Dutch province in the northeast of the country. I had some points of interest on my wantlist to photograph there, but I bumped into other nice things too I could not have planned beforehand. For example this small pumping station: not particularly interesting on its own, but in a setting with dramatic clouds, a full frontal sun casting a big shadow, and nothing else around but farmland made this place quite a stunner imho. The central perspective helped too, I guess :)
