ad hoc signage
This sign teaches me two things:
1. People should consider how many times in one's working life one is left looking at signs before hanging them up. Especially in the toilet.
2. There is no limit to german's word concatenation possibilities.

mutilating a flea market find
I think this cross stitch/tapestry (there's a bit of a mix of stitches in it) hung in a pub for thirty years because I washed it about 15 times and the water STILL came out yellow with smoke.
So I decided the only way to improve it was to stitch over the top of it.
