      When I think about it, when I was a kid there were lots of old men with baggy trousers like that...but their waist bands came up to their chests, thus hiding not only their undiepants, but also their vests.

      The old guy is looking at something farther over to his left, past the one walking towards him. He's not looking at the guy carrying the bags.
