A portrait of the band, We Are The Fallen.

The butterfly is a classic symbol of rebirth after death. I thought it was appropriate, considering that most of the band are former members of Evanescence.

All I see is black and cold
As I try to pull you down

Urban Ecology

Created as both a promotional image and a cover for a the children's version of the book, Urban Ecology by Pamela Peeters.

I was asked to depict two versions of a woman, with one serving as a representation of her Anima and a connection to nature. I used the butterfly motif as symbolism for the spirit, in the gradient colors of the chakras
