I went to see Sigur Ros' documentary film - Heima last night. saw lots of people dressed up in purim costumes and picked up a couple of purim postcards which fold out into face masks. the film was beautiful. the band had held some unannounced free concerts in iceland when they returned home from a world tour so they filmed this documentary whilst doing it. they spoke about the pace and amount of free space and time in iceland and how they loved the place. the screening was at third-ear on emek refaim street. it's a dvd rental store and there's a private cinema/screening room upstairs towards the back. a great space! I liked the ceiling too.
I liked how they wrote the names of the songs with a stick and ink - I tried to get a photo but kept missing it. am going to have to buy the dvd.
