video bike

I put this together for recording in the streets at night.

its not as stable as a real tripod, but not a bad tradeoff.

the camera mount is made of the top half of a photo tripod plus part of a light fixture clamp. the clamp has rubber jaws and screws down tight in seconds. the handlebar stem is a good spot to attach the rig and it doesn't seem to interfere with riding.

I havent tried filming while in motion. would the DVD skip... ?
