Details of spider spinning her web that I've never directly seen. First time was on my monitor. In the field it was too small and fast.
Note her "extruding" (?) the thread (from her rear end) and placing it with her leg/foot. (Most clearly seen top right, I think.)

Some lovely sunsets this time last year. I've not seen one yet thus year.

I loved the way the swan was moving and bending, and when I saw this on the monitor I was thrilled, and felt that all round it was the best photo I had taken for quite a while.
Or am I completely deluded about it? Perhaps it is not immediately appealing.
