this is the McDonald across from the Royal Ontario Museum which located in the most expensive retail area in the city. Somehow they been paying only $1,200 per month rent to this city owned land for the last 30 years with no rent increase! This only came to light when they tried to buy the land from the city with an offer of $2 million where on the same strip the land worth 10 times that amount, Super deal indeed!
