After the stripper worked for a few hours, I had to scrub off the paint with a wire brush. This worked pretty well, but took a lot of elbow grease. I originally tried to take the paint off with a pressure washer, but spraying all that water against the brick was leaking water into the basement.

Stripper applied
Your days are numbered, ugly butterfly. The pink paint really reacted to the stripper for some reason. Came off really easy. The blue on the other hand was much tougher to remove.
