plastic water bottles

Close up of the Panhandle band shell's back panel, made from recycled water bottles. The seam here is the right side of a removable panel in the center - in fact the whole thing probably comes out pretty easily.

Either it doesn't join perfectly well, or somebody has been removing some of the bottles...
