Finding the perfect two greens to contrast was a bit tricky. I mixed icing for probably about a half an hour or more trying to get the perfect colors.

Elmo Cake
We used a cake mold for Elmo since he's a more popular character. It turned out great - I even managed to get the little fur lines on his lip which sometimes you tend to loose during baking.
