Today was such a great day :) Went out to shoot a commissioned feature for Digital SLR magazine, will let you know how it goes and when it come out :) This was a little outtake (see if you can guess the theme of the feature).
Shooting self portraits is the best therapy ever, when I feel low, or at the brink of something...when I lose my hope, I go out and shoot, and everything returns. It's like the air and the light and my surroundings clear my head in the most peaceful way! Being in complete control of an image, being completely alone with just my camera and my chance to capture the light...it just cleanses my mind so that after I feel so calm and content. There is no better feeling :)
Next week I'm shooting with The Staves again and I am really looking forward to it!!!!
