thanks I've now made some changes and also made a second slightly more complex version (thegown2) and replaced the older "thegown" taking into account your comments. with gifs in part the speed at which the animation runs depends on the speed of your computer, unlike an AVI file where this does not matter. thanks again the comments are really helpful
