Ah, The Warmth!

Love the Wall.
such a cute expression! :P
Ah, The Warmth! by Ericson Calderon.
17/365
Big Heat source!

The laws of thermodynamics, in principle, describe the specifics for the transport of heat and work in thermodynamic processes. Since their conception, however, these laws have become some of the most important in all of physics and other branches of science connected to thermodynamics.

The past few days have been COLD as EF! I don't know how So Cal can take such a dramatic weather change in such a short period of time. It has gotten to me; that, and the lack of sleep, the stress of school, and the healthy foods I'm not eating. Speaking of cold, I think I've come down with one. Thank goodness for scarfs and my Thermo book. I'll be looking forward to sniffling my head off, trying to keep my brains from falling out my nose while I pour my what's left up there into my power plant (thermo II) homework. As for the cold, it's definitely not cool..nor is it hot. I really miss the summer/spring.

Strobist: 580 ex II @ 1/1 power shot into big white reflector on floor. Sb-26 @ 1/1power snooted towards silver reflector in book. Triggered by Cactus V2s.

I love the toning you've used and the book/costuming. Very clever! :)

@Krik, Thanks man, thermo is brute, especially powerplant.

@God's child, haha, H. Potter!? Do I really look like him?

@Athena, Can you link me to your shot? I can't find it. Thank you for the kind words!

@Compugeek, thanks man!

@Ryan, I wish I did use the blue gel, but I couldn't find it and didn't feel like making another one. I ended up finding it in a litle pocket in my bag after cleaning up the set up. It was easy to adjust temperatures since the majority of my BG was white.

@tiagoribeiro, thank you

@Enrique, Thanks man, I'm trying hard to come up with new lighting ideas!

@Squilky, Thank you, that means a lot.

@Lisa, Thank you! It was actually 2 scarfs, 1 white and 1 black, but the black one didn't pop out very well. None the less, I was still freezing!

I'd love to link you to it, but I haven't done it yet! I keep a list of "52 week ideas". A glowing book shot is on that list. But I can't do it until I decide what book to use... Serious business picking your glowing book ya know - it's a statement of your true inner self. (bwahahahaha)

Oooh..I see. I do the same kind of thing but I write my shot ideas in a little red notebook. I draw them out and describe it best I can when the shot comes to me.

Glowing book, ehy!? Hmm. Are you religious?
