Around here they're known as "toad in
the hole". I've never seen them that
thick, or with the discarded toast circles.

oooooh, eggs in a basket! yum!
the best part is the decadent fried toast.
this is a bit on the thick side - i hope the
egg actually cooked in there.

Wow! Never seen them so thick. They look amazing. My former mom-in-law called them Hot-house
eggs.
