Banksy is probably the most well known street artist of our time. The fact that no one knows who he really is makes me respect him even more. Here is someone who is practicing his art for the sake of art.

This is just a tribute. I realize Banksy is very political and this is not a political image. Why not? Because it is my image, and I am not political. I would rather be a flash my junk than my political views.

Here's to you Banksy.

I've seen banksy (not a fraud-noone-knows-who-banksy-is-so-i'll-prete nd-im-him banksy either) at one of his shows here in London (Santa's ghetto). The only reason I know it was him is cos I overheard him talking to this art gallery woman about this piece he should do for them and something bout charity and what not and he was talking bout "when i did the pieces in Gaza..."

while I think the photo is really good and captures his style quite well.. and especially some of the photos in his own book of his stuff in the streets, I think the stencil of you isnt political enough or stencil-y enough to be a banksy :-D
