    This euphemism always cracks us up. We wonder just who gets to define what counts as a "nuisance."

    "That dog's stupid haircut really bothers me -- I'm calling the Evanston police. . . ."

      LOL "dog nuisance" to me is a dog hanging in my pants and/or tearing the skin off my leg...
