most of the beaches are a poor excuse for a beach. But then the water is so cold you probably would not want to go in it anyway...

It's really a bank, not a beach. You really need to go to Devon, Cornwall or Bournemouth if you want a beach. Brighton's only 2 hours away though. Nice pic.
