This is my first ever upload direct from the iPhone and I've not seen it on monitor so no idea what the IQ is like. I had a natural and a HDR (in-phone) version, this is the natural the HDR one had too little contrast and the sky was a bit washed out. Glorious evening in reality.

Apropos of nothing at all.. except having a new macro lens and looking for small things to photograph. I always wondered why people posted photos of flies as they are not the most attractive of subjects. So I tweaked it a little to glam it up.

New Macro lens, having great fun photographing small things, nothing too artistic going on. This is the blossom on a Plum (or Greengage) tree in the garden. The fruits looked like they weren't ripening last year until we tried one and they were incredibly sweet but only a small crop. Here's hoping for this year as it has plenty of blossom on it.

Had to get very low down to get this shot as Snowdrops are not very tall.
