Neverness' photostream

I quite like the shots I took, but nothing really excited me in that way photography can when it all goes right.

Playing really, but any thoughts?

Last minute dash to get some shots of a sunset in sea mist, sadly neither turned up, just a bank of cloud.
Also I spent 20mins looking for my bag of filters and remote release after being sure I had dropped them on the way to the beach from the car. Turns out I had left them on the chair at home. doh!

And this is really dark on here.

Thought I would play with textures, black and white and see how much difference there is between colours in Lightroom, and Flickr when viewed on my uncalibrated work monitor(s). I am fully ware of how weird that is.

Turns out, they are vastly different so now I know.

We had another walk up at Hestercombe at the weekend. Took the camera but didn't want to go with an eye on stock, portfolio or, well anything really. Just photos taken by me.

While I absolutely loved the 'session' the previous weekend, it was nice to get back to just taking photos. It was almost like when I first started again.
