vacations 2009 - zanzibar and tanzania

primarily shots of our safari through lake manyara, the ngorongoro crater, and the serengeti, but also one or two of zanzibar, where our journey began...

it was utterly fantastic to see the animals in their natural habitat!!!

the majority of shots on this trip were taken with a little point and shoot, which actually allowed me to get closer than my 200mm lens!!! it would have been great to have a 300mm or 400mm lens... next time!!! ; ))... i wish!!!
