Wolf Dog

As I was out at the famed Brackendale dyke trying to photograph eagles this fellow padded up to a couple photographers and me just hanging out. I didn't think about it at the time but he is totally a wolf hybrid. Before I knew it, the other photogs had lit out leaving me alone with this guy who started growling every time I moved. Finally, I offered him half my lunch. He sniffed it and continued growling. So I took a bite out of it and put it back down. I guess he realized it really was food (it was a fruit granola bar) and accepted it. Then he was content to just watch me as I photographed the eagles.
