1 cup of water, 2 pinches of salt, 1 handfull of sugar and raisins, couple teaspoons of concentrated milk and butter, half a teaspoon of instant yeast, 2 cups of flour (or more until does not stick to the mixing bowl). Mix with a spoon. Knead for 10 minutes. Fold into threes a bit. Raise for 30 min. Fold into threes 2-3 times to degass. Raise for 30 min. Stretch out carefully. Cut into 4 equal part with scissors. Put on pan. Cut a cross with scissors. Sprinkle with a bit of sugar. Preheat oven to 250C. Spray bread with water. Bake for 30 min at 220C. Ready!
