Denarius. 32BC. 3.47grams. Asia camp Antony mint. Antony Cleopatra. Crawford 543/01 ANTONI CLEOPATRAE. Obverse: hd Cleopatra r, prow. Reverse: hd Antony r. Rare.
Roman denarius of Antony, with Cleopatra on the reverse. Very nice portrait styles. Below Cleo's bust is a ship's prow, behind Antony an Armenian helmet. Cleopatra's title is CLEOPATRAE REGINAE REGVM FILIORVM REGVM. This was probably minted after the assignatin of kingdoms to Cleopatra and her children at Alexandria in late 34BC.
