The San Francisco City Hall is
one of the great people's halls anywhere in the world. Carnaval San
Francisco is proud to feature its grand staircase in its kickoff each
May. This annual event also harbors international ambitions to be the
symbol of a new world where peace and harmony reigns and the San
Francisco Bay Area is perceived as the spiritual capital of the world.

Odessa Pegus is the General Deputy to the largest and most important Carnaval groups called the
FECC (Federation of Every
Carnival City) who invite all Carnival people to an annual Carnival City Conference. Last year, for the first time, Tunisia. ,an
African and Arab country hosted the congress This year the conference will be held for the first time in France next to the enchanted forest of
Merlin the magician and
Camelot in Brittany.
Next year in 2009, the world's newest country, Montenegro
will be the host.
