6:45AM in front of the Thai Embassy, Viangchan Laos, I run into my new friend.
She was just sitting there on the sidewalk leaning back against the front gate soaking up the morning sun, so I joined her.
We chatted for awhile agreeing on most everything from politics to religion.We were both astounded over the new price of rice and the endless lines at the local noodle shops.In time we parted ways with a smile and a wave.
I'm pretty sure that's what the topics were we had been in such deep discussion about.
I didn't hear any English and she didn't hear any Lao..... But we still had some fun for a short measured moment ..;-)

Another beautiful red head found downtown Bangkok.
The trick to shooting these scooters on the public sidewalks in Asia is not getting a bunch of feet and garbage in the frame.
This one just happened to be free of feet so I hurried and took the shot before anyone could clutter the photo.
