This is the kitchen of a buddhist temple
retreat center. These are all volunteers
helping to prepare their lunch. Chinese Food
in Texas is...meh. But I think it'd be a hit
if American style Chinese food were
introduced in China.

Here in Texas, every Chinese restaurant meal
begins with a deep fried cream chese filled
wonton called a Crab Puff (but there's no
crab meat inside). Mmmm...just the way the
Emperor Qin liked to start off his dinner.
American style General Tso's Chicken would be
a huge hit!
I've never been to Panda Express, but I'd
imagine a lot of similar items in some of the
shopping mall canteens. I once went to a
food court in Kuala Lumpur that put all the
food court food in the USA to shame.
