Of dreamers and dragons...

note: Finally, I finished this photo that i've been working on for a week or so now. Knowing myself, my procrastination will eventually just result in me just dropping the whole idea.

 

I've never drawn a dragon before, let alone drawing it using my bamboo in photoshop. With the help of a few google searches and some youtube tutorials, I've kinda 'just about' able to draw one for this shot. Got the idea of having a dragon in the shot from the fact that it's the Chinese New Year welcoming the Lunar Dragon Year. :) Happy CNY btw!

 

And the other blending techniques i used here are majorly the ones I learnt from www.phlearn.com. (Thank you Aaron Nace!)

 

Some of you might have noticed that my recent photos had me holding an egg. It was somewhat to symbolise the coming of this photo.

 

I'm undecided again as to whether this photo is a success or a total waste of time. I might look at it tomorrow and just totally hate it. Hopefully not! :)
