      i love this book. the version i have seen is not square though...odd.
      i wonder if the grid is different, or if there is just more white space...

      i believe the 4th revised edition (published in 1982) is the rectangular one you describe. the original had the same near-square proportions that this more recent edition (pictured above) has.
