You're going to be surprised, I used Apple Keynote.
The whole thing is animated step-by-step in order to explain how works a Blog CMS (to beginers). Keynote is definitly a great software for Information Design, if you work on Mac OSX. I even you it for wireframing project. It's way faster than any other application for a better result.
