A peep into my studio 4

The best desk I have ever owned, bought specially for this room. It is actually a kitchen table top put onto the drawers and this makes the top even more durable.

I saw these first at the studio of my partners friend. He had treated the solid pine draw units in a teak colour, I have used white oil. He had put a solid wood top on but I decided that with my work this was impractical and opted for white, so it could be washed and scrubbed and cope with heat.

I live in Denmark ..... don't know if they are found abroad. I bought them at
www.traevarer.dk/Skrivebordselementer.123.asp x, the site is in Danish unfortunately.

The shelves are normaly neat, the desk gets to look as if a hurracane has swept over it while I'm creating. But Dianne I have only been in this studio for a couple of months and it is sooooo new ;-)

This makes me want to take the pictures of my work room (my wife calls it "the warehouse") off the internet.
